Org Chart 2003 Missing Commands

Yea, though I'm probebly the only person who cares about this, I still
have to ask... Why did MS remove the following features from Org Chart
in v2003?

- Fit Organization Chart to Contents
- Expand Organizatino Chart
- Scale Organization Chart

Oddly enough, they're still featured in the other diagrams - just not
org charts.

I thought they were pretty handy when working with org chart
compositions, much like the drawing canvas in Word. Mere grouping has a
slightly different effect.

Just wondering if anyone has inside info as I bury them alongside
Meeting Minder at the Tomb of the Unknown Rationale.

Not a clue. Bill's up in the clouds, we're down here. Can't hear one another
too well, I'm afraid.

Scroll way to the bottom. There's a link that'll get you the old version of
OrgChart back from MS and another that gets you a rather higher powered (but
still free) addin from Human Concepts, the company that now owns and develops
the original OrgChart.

I haven't tried the addin myself; I'd be very interested to hear what people
think of it.
 
I'm guessing they figured these weren't necessary since the org chart sizes
when you drag the bounding box.

But you're right -- those options are still available on the other diagram
types, so who knows.
