order prints online shows no pict

when I use the wizard "order prints online" there are no pictures to select,
although there are many in the folder.
 
Open Regedit.exe and goto this location:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\PublishingWizard\InternetPhotoPrinting

Export and post the contents here.

The registry value is Ok. Next, verify the content type setting here:

HKCR\.JPG
Content Type should be "image/jpeg"

HKCR\.BMP
Content Type should be "image/bmp"

the reg shows this exactly, so this also isn't the problem

Running out of ideas, and could not repro the problem. The only options that I can think of is to extract a new copy of Shimgvw.dll (or run SFC /Scannow) and delete this key after backing up (assuming they are JPG files):

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.jpg

I changed this key :

"PerceivedType"="image"
@="IviIHTPICTURE.MediaFile"
"Content Type"="image/jpeg"

into :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.jpg]
"PerceivedType"="image"
@="jpegfile"
"Content Type"="image/jpeg"

I can't see any files in the order prints online folder/dialog either. I
went through all the suggestions from the previous postings but no luck so
far.

please help!
