I am looking for a place on the form that I can enter dates for things
such as Date Ordered, Date Completed, along with a few more fields. I need to
be able to have more than one entry area for these, to record what a customer
does each year.

STOP.

Beginning your database design with the Form is like starting to install your
windowframes before pouring the foundations of your house. Tables are
fundamental - you need them FIRST, properly designed, before you start work on
forms!

Learn about how relational databases work for starters. It's a rather steep
learning curve, but there are a lot of resources out there. See:

My database is already designed. I am only needing to add this additional
information in order to keep track of what my customers have done with me. It
will not be related to anything else, besides this one record.
