Oracle Reports running on XP Pro

When we try to print any oracle report from client
machine i.e XP Pro machine, the system stops responding
and windows message pops-up

"Reports Background Engine has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Has anybody encountered similar problem and is this error
related to XP or Oracle and is there a fix for this
problem???

Look at the title of this group:
microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware.

Does your post concern WinXP? NO. It's about Oracle
Does you post concern hardware? NO.

You need to contact Oracle or go to an Oracle newsgroup for support.
