Oracle Data Provider for .NET: Data provider internal error(-3000)

We changed the data adapter in our Web App (made in C#) from

Oracle Provider for OleDb (which gave a strange dbtimestamp-error from time
to time and we got

recommended to change) to Oracle Data Provider for .NET.

Our Web App is in production, with 10 users logged in at the most at any
time.

From time to time a new error shows up,

Data provider internal error(-3000)

Anyone ?
