OptionButtons in Excel

Hi

My fren sent an excel document which contains Option
Buttons for me to choose. I encounter a problem whereby
when i click on the options, they do not stay. E.g in row
one i click Option 2, when i go to row 2 and click on
another option, the button in row one disappears.
Can someone help me with this pls.

if these are option buttons they bahve as designed :-)
Only one option can be chosen at a time.
You'll have to change optionbuttons to checkboxes if you want to check
more than one option
