Unfortunately that product was abandoned over 2-1/2 years ago. The author
has not updated Outlook-QuoteFix or OE-QuoteFix since early 2003. Well, the
rest of the world has marched on, including updates to Office components and
new versions of Windows but these products have remained stagnant. The
result is that users are reporting problems with these old defunct products.
Since they aren't going to get updated and users are going to wait, they
have to abandon these products. If the author of Fidolook ever manages to
get some decent documentation written up for his product, that would be a
good replacement for these dead Outlook/OE-QuoteFix products.
