Option to clear messages?

Is there an option to clear messages from the server as they come in? If so,
where is it located in windows mail?

Tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties button>advanced tab.
 
For POP3 accounts:

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
Under Delivery:
uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server"

-or-

check "Remove from server after xx days"

OK
