Option Group ?

I have three option groups and none of them work. They
will not change options. When I click on an option within
the group, it will stay on the default. None of the
groups are bound.

Does the form by any chance have its AllowEdits property set to No?
Unfortunately, when you disallow edits on a form, it does that even for
unbound controls. If this is the problem, your best workaround is
probably to allow edits but to set the Locked property for all the bound
controls.
