option for changing home page is totally disabled

i have recently had this problem ...my home page
configuration window in internet tools in IE has the home
page setting bar disabled and some poker site has been
made my home page.....how do i enable the option so that
i can change the home page?????

Tools/Internet Options/Programs tab. Click Reset Web Settings. Run Anti
Spyware/Adware.
