Option Box and tab control with subform in each page

I need help! I have a form with tab control as subform. Each page of the subform has a subform. The pages on the tabctl are labeled "real estate", "vehicle", "other". I have an option box on the main form "real estate", vehicle, other". What I'd like to do is when I click on the option box "real estate", I'd like the vehicle page to be disabled as well as the "other" page. And set my tab index on the first field I have on that page. And if click on the option "vehicle" then I'd like the "real estate" and "other" to be disabled. And so on. Is it possible to do this?
