I would like to make a function what is optimising the lenght of line segment.
Example: I have aluminium rail 3000mm and I have different ordered lenghts what I need to cut from whole rail. So, to get maximum usefullness I need to calculate the best way how to cut it.

Please give anybody some suggestion about my problem.
