What do you reckon between an Opteron 170 or an X2 4400+?

I'd be saving the best part of £30 and have just as high an overclock potential?

i dunno much about the opterons but i have a 4400 @ 2.5Ghz and tbh i'd like it to be more powerful, its a lot better than my old P4 3Ghz but i'd like more, maybe i'm just impatient lol
 
opeterons are server class procs i think.
i heard they overclock good too.
