Hi Bill, or....?

I'm running the product on 3 pcs at home and two others
at a relative's house. I'm 2 weeks into the experience so
far and am very pleased. Nice, well-behaved app. Removed
several items of malware on every machine when-installed
and has so far blocked any reoccurances.

I was previously running both Adaware and Spybot. Spybot
crashed XP on my daughter's PC twice (yes, I'm a little
slow) removing some nastyware, so I've removed SB from
everything now. Still run Adaware occasionally but it
doesn't detect anything over and above MS's.

One suggestion - one of the PCs is my laptop I use both
at home and in my job. Since it's on at odd and varied
times the scheduled file checking is sometimes missed.
How about a feature to check the last time & date run at
wake-up and if a scheduled run was missed, prompt the
user with that info and an offer to run the scan "now" ?

The current app will give visual feedback if the last scan is outside some
window--I haven't checked out what the parameters, but when I touch a
machine which hasn't been used for a while I notice that quickly when I open
Microsoft Antispyware's UI.

However, many users won't be doing that (opening the UI), I suspect, so your
suggestion, or, perhaps, a tie-in notification via the XP Security Center
would be nice.
