Opposite of Text to column

Ok, here is my problem

I've got 2 cells next to each other,

252 | Dairy Entertaining

is there anyway in which I can get it into one cell like:

252 - Dairy Entertaining

Bear in mind, i have heaps of cells like that, so instead of me just
cutting and copying, is there an easier way?

Use a formula like:

=a1 & " - " & b1

And drag drag down the column.

Sure if you data is in A1 and B1 then use:

=A1 & " - " & B1

in a third cell and copy down
