Opn a form when Access opens - 2007

In Access 2003, I would set Access up to automatically open a Main Menu form
with buttons to access all other form and reports, ect. I cannot find
how/where to do this in version 2007 ... please tell the function still
exists and how to do it..

YOU are AWESOME!!!! Thanks! I just completed a database complete with
Main Menu and forms, reports, etc. I wanted the end user to only be able to
see this form.

Is there a way to hide the Navigation Pane altogether?
