Operation Master Change

Hi All,

I have 3 Win2k DC's in a single domain A, B and C.

DC "A" has all 5 roles. I would like to transfer the RID
and PDC to DC "C".

I right click on the domain in ADUandC and select
operations master. The RID tab displays DC "A" as
operations master and DC "B" as my only choice to transfer
to. How can I select DC "C"? (The PDC and Infrastucture
tabs display the same thing.)
