Operation Failed - Sending picture

When right-clicking on a picture in Windows Explorer and selecting
SendTo/Mail Recipient, I get an error message from Outlook : "Operation
Failed"

That's it. No other description or anything. The file (picture) I was
trying to send was on a server, so I copied it to my C: drive and tried
sending it from there with the same result.

Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions about resolving this?

Version of Outlook? Is OL the default email program in Internet Options,
Internet Explorer? Are your mail accts set up properly? Did you check your
security settings in OL?

Sorry about that. Using Outlook 2003. It is the default email program in
IE6. Mail accounts have been working fine ... simply having problem when I
try to send to mail recipient from Windows Explorer (a right-click menu
item). I can attach/send files normally in Outlook. Security settings in OL
is set for Restricted Sites (which are currently empty). Any other setting
that could be causing this?
