operation cannot be performed because object has been deleted

Unable to use Send to: Mail Recipient (for Review) for any office application
Using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server. Get error message "operation cannot
be performed because object has been deleted" Happens to some users and not
others.Any suggestions?
