OpenNETCF lib

Hi,
I added OpenNETCF (1.3) lib to project references. After every deploy from
VS 2003, I am getting annoying message "OpenNETCF is already installed.
Re-install?".
How can I tell VS not to delploy components that are already on device?

I've heard that it's a bug in this release of library ( should be
strong-name signed ). Just wait for new release :)
