How to install OpenNETCF with VS 2005 (Whidbey)

In contrast to VS 2003 there are no OpenNETCF .NET components in the
"Add Reference..." Dialog, after installing the Smart Device Framework
1.2.
Is it possible to use OpenNETCF with VS 2005? How can I install it?

If you have VS2003 installed, you can manually copy the dlls across and add
them to Smartphone projects in VS2005 (since this uses .NETCF v1.0). We
don't currently have a build available for .NETCF v2.0 projects. You can
take the source code and build it in a .NETCF v2.0 project yourself in the
meantime.

There's a good chance it would just work with 2005 beta without
recompilation.
If something's not working as expected, please let me know and I'll file
compatibility bug.
