OpenNETCF. Exception in Notification class

Hi there !

I have a problem with Notification class. The line of code

Notification not = new Notification();

trigers exception !

Additional information: Could not load type
OpenNETCF.WindowsCE.Forms.Notification from assembly
OpenNETCF.WindowsCE.Forms, Version=1.3.50511.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=30C767B29D52D6E6.

RIght, there is a problem in SP3 that results in OpenNETCF.WIndowsCE.Forms
not being placed in GAC. See here:
