Opening word

Hi there!

When I am trying to open a word document I need at least 40-45 seconds to wait. The problem exists even if I open one of my saved word documents and not only an empty one. What do you advice me to do

Do you have Norton Antivirus Running...If so, you need ot disable the office plugin for now in the anti-virus seup. there was a program update from symantec that was the problem....Nacman
