opening word 2007 triggers configuration every time

Each time I open Word 2007, it triggers a configuration of Windows Enterprise
2007.
How can I make the configuration "stick" co it does not run each time?

Log in as the Administrator on your computer and accept the EULA terms. That
should stop the configuration.
