Opening switchboard in full view

Probably a dumb question but I can't figure out why this is giving me such a
hard time. I have a db that at start-up opens the main switchboard. The
only thing is that everytime it opens it is not maximized, if that makes
sense. I want it to be full screen but so far nothing I've tried will work,
it always opens needing to be maximized. As always any guidance is greatly
appreciated.
 
If you are using macro Autoexec to start then add action Maximize.
