opening Power Point attachments

I can not open a Power Point attachment. I did not have a problem with this
before I began using office 2007. I have to save the attachment, then open
Power Point and open it from the folder. Any suggestions on how to fix this
problem so I can just open the attachment?

Hi,

It sounds like your file associations are mucked up, so that Windows does
not know how to open the file. Please have a read of this:

I've never done the first one, but have done the manual method. Remember,
though, that you are looking for office 12. Mine is located at:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
