opening picture attachments

can open written attachments..but pictures say "blocked by OE etc etc" How
do I open these?

You have posted to the wrong news group.
The Access in this news groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.

Re-post your question to the relevant Outlook Express news group for
your version of OE. I would suggest you include your OE Version
number, and any service pack upgrades you have installed.
