I have 19 remote laptop users who don't connect to our network.

I have made a local webpage (based on our intranet homepage) so that they have a quick link system to the documents they need to print and fax back to us.

I have created proper links in the homepage, however the pdf links do not open the pdf documents, in fact they do nothing. I don't want to install IIS, as they will be doing the install themselves.

How do you make pdf's open when you click a link?

Do you need to put some sort of code on the page? I thought it would use file extension resolution to open the documents.

Any ideas?

O/S: XP Pro
S/W: Adobe Reader 6.0, IE6

Not sure if this sheds any light on the situation or not so disregard if not
relevant
