opening Outlook 2007

Hi, recenlty, whenever I open my outlook, an error message will pop and close
the outlook, the error shows as below:
" Cannot start Microsoft Offic Outlook. Cannot open the outlook window, The
set folders cannot be oppenrd. Errors have been detected in the file
c:Documents and settings\sharil\local seetings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Otutlook\Outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled
application, and then use the INBOX repair tool (SCanpst.exe) to diagnose and
repair errors in the file."

2. How to I go to the INbox repair tool?
3. It mentioned Help in the box, but it does not have any icons to go to.
