Opening Outlook 2007

I have tried to open MS Office outlook 2007 and it freezes I can only open
it is safemode I have ran repair 2 times and still the same thing
 
While in safe mode, disable all your add-ins via Tools, Trust-Center,
Add-ins. Then open Outlook normally and enable one add-in after the
other until it freezes again. The add-in that causes the freezing is
then not compatible with 2007.
