Opening My Computer

I can't open the "My Computer" shortcut and a folder
containing some music files. I've had to system restore
for this and other reasons, but it did not fix this
problem. Ideas?

Hi,

It means something is interfering with the proper operation of Windows
Explorer, you just need to discover "what" it is. This can help:
