Opening more than two files at once.

I used to open more than two files by selecting them then right click open
but now I have to double click one file at a time.

Please help.

If the 'association' of the two filetypes selected is different, the 'open'
option on mutual selection is disabled. For example, if the two files were a
?.mpg, and a ?.txt file, two different apps are set to open these filetypes
by default, and a symultanious selection of those two would not result in a
'open' on the rightclick menu.
