Opening .jpgs

We have a problem with Windows XP machines running on our Windows 2000
Server
network. Unless you are a power user or admin, users are unable to open
jpegs in Photo Editor.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can try opening them up in Paint ;)

Hi,

was the application Photo Editor installed with your credentials or with
administrator's credentials. Security has to be configured to grant
privileges to you to open Photo Editor.
