Opening images from FP?

How can I open multiple pictures from FP with PSP, and not have it RE-OPEN OR
RESTART PSP each time?

Edit them in PSP before you bring them into FP then you can open as many as your memory can handle.

There are many times I need to 're-edit' them, no suggestions?

You can not open multiple image via FP. When you do open a image from within FP in a image
application, you are working on a temporary copy, that is why it is best to export the image out to
the web and then work on it or better still work on the original image, which you should have a copy
of in the format created by your image application, etc.
