Opening excel worksheet using excel 2003?

I've trying to open an excel worksheet from a program using vbs, I'm using the code:

Set objexcel = CreateObject("excel.application")

This tries to open excel 2007 by default, which used to be installed on my computer, isn't anymore, how do I make it open in excel 2003?

Excel 2003 is my default program for opening .xls files on my computer in general.
