Opening attachments

There should be a shortcut for opening attachments in emails. Some hot key +
the "Enter" key should open up attachments. I deal with 150+ emails per day
and many of them have attachments. This would be a huge time saver, as I
have to hover my mouse over the attachment, double click, hit yes & then the
attachment opens up.

You could always uncheck the box "Always ask...." that would mean just a
double-click....quicker than a keyboard shortcut....
