Opening attachment second time fails

I am consistantly getting the message "The Operation Failed" when trying to
open any type of attachment for the second time. The first time the
attachment opens OK. There appears to be a problem with the temp folder that
Outlook uses because I also get the same error if I try an attachment on a
different email message that has the same file name. Is there an Outlook
patch for this problem?

Sorry, but your posted URL doesn't tell me anything I didn't already know or
state in my post. Has Microsoft released a patch to fix this problem yet?

No, you cannot have more than 100 identically named files in the Temp
folder. You should consider cleaning up your temp folders every now and
then. Cleaning up is good ;-)
