About a year and a half ago, I converted to MS Word 2002 along with my
grade from Windows 95 to XP. I've opened my boilerplate legal
documents (which would be a pain to recreate), which I believe to have
been authored in MS Word 97, and, as I've tried to re-save them,
after reviews in which I have made NO changes, I keep getting dialogue
boxes in which I'm asked if I want to save my [non-existent] changes.
I've tried both "yes" and "no" buttons, but I keep getting
those dialogue boxes again.

My Word 2002 does not give me the option of saving in Word 2002 or
other, previous versions.

I'd like to eliminate this continuing irritant. My IT person's
suggestions have not worked.
