Opening and or Modify a note cause Outlook to have a error

Whenever I open a Note or do anything with a note everything seems to be
fine. Then all of a sudden I get these error messages:

Could not complete the operation. One or more parameters values are not
valid.

So basically I usually try and close outlook 2003 and restarted it. Which
usually takes a couple of the above messages before it allows me to close it.

Please any ideas on how to aviod this...thanks.

Do you have any synchronization software loaded? According to the Microsoft
Knowledge Base:

This issue occurs when the synchronizing software (such as Outlook Conduits
for Palm or for Chapura PocketMirror) between your Palm OS handheld device
and your computer conflicts with the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for
Microsoft Outlook.

This issue occurs if the Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook
was installed after the synchronizing software was installed.

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. On the File menu in Outlook 2003, click Exit.
2. Remove the synchronizing software on your computer.
3. Reinstall the Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
4. Reinstall the synchronizing software.

finalword,

Thanks for the idea but no luck. I'm still getting the same message and one
thing i forgot to put on my earlier post. Is after the first message, if i
say ok, the second message is:

The note will close and your changes will not be saved. (ok or cancel)

Except for the note does change and it appears to save it. So Any other
ideas...
