Opening an Excel file from an Access macro

I have the following question:

How can I open an Excel file from a macro in Access?

Can sobody give me a hint.

Use the
RunApp command
In the Command line put
c:\program files\microsoft office\office\excel.exe c:filename
Watch out for wordwrap

I have put the following language in my command line:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office\winword.exe W:\Unit\UNIT-X0
\SHARED\Records Management 2003\Label 10-23-03

And when I run the macro, I get the following error in
Word:

The document name or path is not valid.

any ideas?
