Opening already created forms

I'm very new to using Access. I have created my table and a form for entering my membership data. No problems until today. Opened up Access, which is on my desktop, clicked on Forms and double clicked on FRM Membership to open it, I got this message
There isn't enough memory to perform this operation. Close uneeded programs and try the operation again. I have no idea of what I am suppose to close. Help, Dona

Not sure what the answer is , but you can try a compact and repair of
the db to see if this corrects the problem
or you can defrag your hard drive to free up swap space for Windows.
