opening adm policy files don't work

Hi,
We are using windows 2000 clients with netware 6 & zenworks 3.2.

Some of the adm files seems to have a problem in ConsoleOne.
I tried to import in "user extensible policies" the following adm
file:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/d/c/2dc07364-2fcb-4b82-adc7-2553915997b3/wuau.adm

I can't view any kind of information, may be the format of the file
has changed?
Is a tool available somewhere to convert the file to a compatible adm
file somewhere?

have you checked support.novell.com or the novell newsgroups over at
