Opening Access 2000 Problem

I deleted a Splash Screen Form and didn't delete the VB Code thinking that
deleting the Form would automatically delete the Code. First of all is this
true? Secondly, my DB will not open. Is there a way for me to get into the
DB. I have a backup Form but I have to get it in the DB somehow.
