Opening a workbook to a chosen sheet?

Hello everyone! I'm so thankful I found this forum! I just starte
really working with excel at my job and my group leader wants to b
able to have everyone recieve just their worksheet(a list of store
each of us works with)

The original file is a workbook with about a dozen worksheets, eac
with one of our names. I put a shortcut from her workfolder to all o
ours to get us through for the time being but ideally she wants t
update her file and have it update everyones single spreadsheet i
their folders.

If that's not possible, being able to add some kind of switch to th
end of the shortcut to choose one sheet to default to would be th
second option.

Is any of this possible

Put this line in your workbook_open event in the ThisWorkbook module.
Be SURE they match

Sheets(Application.UserName).Select
