second i would like to open mapquest with my office address already in it,
how do i do that ?

Go to mapquest, type in your address, click SUBMIT, the cut and paste the
URL on the results page into a link on your site.

ok i thought about it, it works for mapquest it doesn't work with the
BBB site (www.bbb.org)
