opening a PSP file in Word

Can it be done? I have a resume that I created in another program and I can't email it to people since no one seems to be able to open it. I was hoping that I could reformat it so employers could open it. I have been unsuccessful dropping it into Word to reformat it. Obviously I have no idea what I am doing. HELP! I sure hope that I don't need to redo the whole resume. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Photoshop file, WRONG! It is a Paint Shop Pro file format.

Open it up in Paint Shop Pro, click "File", "Save as" and check if there is
another "file type" that you can save it to. If you can save it as a "txt"
file, that can be brought into Word. Not knowing the program, I'm not sure
of it's capabilities. When you do the file, save as, and click the dropdown
arrow (assuming there is one for changing file types), post back with all of
the allowed file types and if one looks useable, someone will let you know
which is the best.

Andre, guessing is NOT allowed!

Photoshop file, right? If so, try using the Insert > Object > Adobe
Photoshop Image > (navigate to where the image file is located.

Could offer some more specifics about what you are inserting?

There clearly is confusion here. Perhaps since it's a resume and it is
a) important, and b) short you should just print it out on paper and
then re-type it into a new Word document. Send the Word document out.
Not only will it be technically a better DOC file (rather than having
some unknown graphic image embedded in it), you'll probably edit the
resume as you do the work so it can only get better.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
