Opening a program via a hyperlink without security check

I use a hyperlink to open a program on our intranet. (Hyperlink to shortcut)
When it opens I get the security warning . "Do you want to open or save this
file?" This is not needed because this is strictly an internal system. Is
there anyway to get rid of the security message and make this a seamless
process.

This is a function of the browser, not FrontPage. You might try in the IE
newsgroups.
