Opening a photo in a new page

Hi everyone,

The learning curve has ben fairly steep - I've put the image I want
hyperlinked in the 'Images' folder, inserted the hyperlink to VIEW the photo
and the photo opens in a blank webpage... white background (not the same as
the theme of my website). How do I have that photo (and any others) open in
a page using the same theme as the rest of my site? Also - by closing that
window, it shuts down the whole site, can I insert a 'Back' buton that'll
take me back to my website OR can I get the picture to open in a new tab (so
that when the person closes the photo page, he doesn't exit right out of the
internet).

Any suggestions would be apreciated.

You have to make a separate page for that image and link to the page, not
the larger version of the photo.

I thought of that but when I realized that I might need as many as 10 or 12
pictures, you say I need 10 or 12 new pages? Won't that slow up the loading
of my site?
