Opening A Form

easy one for you guys , i hope......

i am using a command button to open 'form 2', yet when this button is used,
'form 2' opens maximised.
on 'form 2' i have set the border style to thin and made it non moveable and
non resizable - can i get it to open in this state?

In Access if you maximize one object you maximize all so if the form with
the button that calls form2 is maximized then form2 will also open
maximized unless you make it a popup.
