Is there a way to click on part of the path in an open window and open that
path in a new window? For example:

I'm in Nigel > Documents > Excel, and I want to open a second window on
Nigel > Documents so I can drill down elsewhere.

I've tried all the usual suspects, but can't find the click+key combo.

In Windows Explorer

Tools_Folder Options_put tick mark in Open each folder in its own window

I use the mouse...right click a folder in the nav tree...hit open, and a new
window opens

The setting "open each folder in its own window" seems to have no effect.
Right clicking "open" works though.

This tutorial will show you how to temporarily or always open a folder
in a separate window.

Thanks, that's a reasonable workaround, but I'd rather know if there is a
key combination.
